Abstract

The hyperbolas given by 8x² = 5y² + 27 is considered to obtain its solutions in integers.Various relations amoung the solutions are exhibited.Using the known solutions of the equations in title hyperbolas,parabolas,special Pythagorean triangle and second order Ramanujan numbers are determind.Facinating properties involving figurate numbers are given.
