Abstract

This research article presents the development of a novel Bottom-Level Algorithm leveraging possibility interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets. The proposed framework facilitates the precise and efficient derivation of optimal solutions for decision-making challenges. To demonstrate the applicability and robustness of the algorithm, the selection of e-learning methodologies tailored for children with disabilities is analyzed as a case study. The algorithm's efficacy is validated through implementation in MATLAB, with the outcomes systematically benchmarked against those achieved by existing methodologies. This comparative analysis underscores the superiority and practical relevance of the proposed approach in addressing complex decision-making scenarios
