Linear matrix inequality approach to output feedback h? finite-time control of singular systems with time-varying delay

Abstract
In this paper, we propose an LMI approach to solving H? finite-time control problem of linear singular systems with time-varying delay. The delay function is continuous and bounded but not differentiable. By the use of singular value decomposition and Lyapunov function methods, we design output feedback controllers which make the system admissible with a maximum H? disturbance attenuation level. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
