Some Fixed Point Results in Metric space

Abstract

In the present manuscript, we shall introduce a generalized - contraction mapping on complete metric spaces and prove a fixed point result for single self - map. In addition to this, we shall prove a common fixed point result for generalized F- contraction mappings for two compatible self - maps.
