Abstract

Introduction


Generation Z, born roughly between the mid-1990s and the early 2010s approximately, is rapidly becoming a significant force in the modern workforce. This generation, having grown up in a digitally driven and globally interconnected world, brings unique perspectives, values, and expectations that are reshaping the workplace landscape. This paper examines the key trends associated with Generation Z’s entry into the workforce, highlights the challenges that organizations face in adapting to their needs, and explores the opportunities that arise from embracing their distinctive characteristics. By understanding these factors, businesses can effectively recruit, retain, and leverage the talents of this influential generation, ultimately achieving greater success and innovation.

1.To understand the mindset of Generation Z


2.To study the Opportunities and Challenges of Generation Z at workplace.

Descriptive research designed preferred by the re- searcher


cross-sectional data


Result


ANOVA test was used to find out whether Generation Z get impacted by WLB. The P value resulted significant (P=0.041*) indicating that GENZ got affected by WLB.


Conclusions


From the data analysis following are some observations and opinions discussed herewith.
