Empirical Analysis of Healthcare Supply Chain Risk Assessment using KPIS and PLS-SEM
Main Article Content
Abstract
This current research uses the PLS-SEM methodology with key performance indicators to carry out the empirical analysis in healthcare supply chain risk assessment. Its purpose is to understand how different supply chain responsiveness, agility, and dependability affect overall risk management, quality, and cost in a healthcare business. The set of 25 KPIs was established and validated based on a systematic review, with data collected through an online survey among Indian healthcare supply chain specialists. In the present study, several theories about the benefits on total costs, quality, and agility related to supply chain responsiveness, agility, and cost management were examined. Hence, through the PLS-SEM analysis, the correlations' significance was confirmed, establishing how flexible supply chains and cost efficiency management contribute to quality enhancement and risk reduction within the healthcare environment.
