Abstract

In order to uplift these vulnerable groups, the Indian government has developed many schemes for the development of subaltern people, such as Scheduled caste, Scheduled tribe, and other backward classes through various institutions. In any culture, the women's sector is a group that is equally susceptible. We attempted to learn about the JKWDC's current initiatives for women's development in union territory and their contribution to the socioeconomic advancement of women through this study. This paper examines the policies and framework developed by JKWDC to support women entrepreneurs, with a particular focus on the elements that motivate female entrepreneurs.
