Learning Management in Increasing Students' Learning Motivation

Abstract
The context of this study is that numerous students experience a lack of enthusiasm for learning due to various factors, including environmental influences, insufficient motivation, disinterest in certain subjects, and inadequate utilization of technological advancements, leading to students' reluctance to study and a decline in academic performance. The objective of this research is to elucidate the role of learning management in enhancing students' motivation to learn. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, the study examines learning management, learning motivation, and student dynamics. The findings are presented descriptively, revealing that at MA Aliyardi, learning management practices encompass typical procedures of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. However, challenges in implementation are noted, such as some teachers' reliance on outdated lesson plans and deficiencies in resources and infrastructure.
